"for the first time in a decade, automated traffic surpassed human activity, accounting for 51% of all web traffic in 2024. 37% of that traffic was made up of bad bots."

bad bot = automated w/ malicious intent

Not surprised, have seen this coming for a long time 

I don’t think it will be much more impactful than what we’ve seen with spam generally. 

Curation and community will become more important, where the bots get filtered out and the humans get let in

Current trend suggests 99% of online content is going to be AI generated by 2028.
