at the risk of engaging in the folly of a "subtance demander," and making an actual point, what do you think will happen when you "force" a grocery store to sell their goods at a loss? they will charitably do so? or is it more likely they will simply stop selling that good?

1. depends on which good (see costco hot dog + rotisserie chicken) 2. if they can't raise prices of any good, then more likely they will reduce the quality (offer cheaper version) or stop selling otherwise face closure because price controls typically lead to shortages, rationing, and black markets lol all bad
