Joe's on Carmine is an old New York classic. 

(I won't be there but as a life long New Yorker, I'm passionate that Joe's on Carmine is the best). Has to be the original location, not the expansions.

a few places I’ve heard are great but I haven’t tried yet: lucia, cuts & slices, fini 

my two favorite well-established spots are joes and johns on bleecker, too good

LTD pizza has a vodka pesto slice that i would take a bullet for

See if you can find a place that is next to a Chinese food restaurant and make a General Tso's Chicken pizza.  

Combine an order of that with a pizza :)

Pizzanista and LaSorted's were super great to work with on Bitcoin Pizza Day. Confession: I didn't eat pizza, bc i was coordinating, so can't say whether it tastes yummy.

This will be unpopular opinion but artichoke pizza! I always love hearing what ppl think of their classic artichoke slice haha

I second Joe’s on Carmine. If you are talking about a slice joint (not a place like John’s on Bleecker that sells whole pies) - Joe’s is the best in Manhattan for the humble plain slice…
