Interesting they use ashwaganda because they def effects people differently. It’s a huge stimulant to me when most people get relaxed.

yeah, i know some people who take high doses of ashwaganda during day to feel euphoria / focus. my best guess for they included it because most of their users (assuming tech entrepreneurs, biohackers) reported high stress or anxiety, and ashwaganda helps lower cortisol levels and fix stress-related sleep issues.

Totally. Have you tried Kratom? Depending on where it’s grown (the soil) it either hits opioid receptors or stimulant receptors. So like each strain has a diff effect and it’s pretty interesting.

no, i’ve heard too many horror stories about kratom and been warned it affects people like painkillers do seems interesting to research though. i’ll look into it.

Ya one of the strains is like taking Percocet. But it’s like 1/1000 scale it’s normie friendly. I hated that kind personally but the yellow strain I think was like a better ashwaganda. I heavily experimented with most things you can do and as fun and interesting as they all are they almost all have down sides that people usually don’t talk about. Im back to eating whole foods, getting lots of sleep, 8/16 fasting, and black coffee and weed until 2pm 🤷♀️
