Depends on your style! Not breaking eye contact can give off bold, come and get it vibes! If you break off eye contact too quickly it seems like you are not interested. I like eye contact, smile, little nod/wave.

If you’re trying to get a guys attention the safer option is a neon sign saying “I think you’re cute, come talk to me.” And then point at him and wave him to you and even then it’s probably 50/50. Just based on the amount of signs my friends and I have missed over the years.
