observation: the best /perl games, by measure of both entertainment + engagement, are the ones where the opponents are bought in and ready to rumble AND where the pairing makes sense best example: @a16z + @variant if the product has to choose between entertainment and frequency, to me the choice seems obvious :)

I also wonder if a reduction in frequency to prioritize curation would also stave off fatigue? 1-2x per week competitions are still engaging, but users might not burn out as much
