3 Min dessert: - Funfetti graham crackers - Microwave marshmallows with a little butter to help the marshmallow melt - Poor buttered marshmallow over grahams and shave a chunk of nice chocolate over (in this case mint for a little contrast to the fat)

Never thought I’d think this but better than any butter out there is - richer flavor profile than American butter - better salt to fat balance for baking than Irish or French butter - and I get to eat/make pastries that are more accessible for everyone and less damning on the planet
