How do you manage your cal/time? 

I'm in back to back to backs, not giving myself the space for deeper work or thought. 

I know "blocking out time for deep work" is part of the solution, but a super important meeting always emerges and fills that spot. 

What are your strategies for prioritization or saying no?

I code in the morning, meetings in the afternoon. Pretty strict about it, but in my role if I don’t have the time… things will not get done.
