How do you maintain/increase your baseline energy levels and focus on a day-to-day basis?

Consistency and Routine, recognize your best hours (know that it’s likely 3-4 hours a day for most people), exercise, meditation, work on what you love. Also, know that progress can only be made through discomfort so you shouldn’t feel your best all the time. Lastly, you are not going to be the same everyday we are only human.
