Beef cheeks low and slow. I used the Dutch oven on the BBQ for 7 hours. Too many herbs and seasonings to mention but super melt in the mouth beef with mash and sweetcorn.

So I might have gone a bit out there on the bbq tonight. Chinese whole marinaded chicken but the I made my homemade pastry and covered the chicken with it. Egg wash and internal temps all good. Invention test.

Venison heart Skewers. Marinaded last night in tamarind and chipotle. Served up with cowboy butter and sweet corn. Sprinkled with Chives and chilli. Took less the 15 mins on the mini Kamado. Robert Hawker Venison
