Network States

along what axes will the nation states unbundle into? by axes i mean verticals along which these (network) states compete. 

I think they will be:
- taxes (duh, nations will compete to offer favorable tax rates to retain contributing citizens)
- education (not sure, education might very well become a global phenomenon with AI)
- healthcare
- air, water, and food quality 
- safety 
- nature and scenery (the more trees and wildlife, the better) 
- transport (not sure, in a hyper connected world people may travel less?)
