What do wallets do when they get to L2?

Pandemic, 5 years later. Impact on artists. Hundreds of pieces (dots) and their descriptions from the chain ~2018-2022 (x-axis). Lines = artist wallets. Red = when their piece mentions virus or health. Spot March 2020. (Many artists arrive with these thoughts, seen in reds clustering along edges; pandemic pensiveness, expression...)

A ~million transactions on Ethereum, mid 2015. Lines are transactions colored by call type. Green = GENESIS. White = call. Purple = coinbase. Red = selfdestruct. Etc.

Can't easily post videos here... so come check out this view of over a million transactions on Ethereum, from GENESIS & beyond: https://x.com/takenstheorem/status/1900013577861554683

The ledger as an organic growth process, which do you prefer below? Left, stark contrasts; right, glowing overlaps.

I built "Gaussian Timepieces" back in fall 2021. An idea. To imagine a blockchain clock in some strange future. Time is (was, pre-Merge) stochastic. In the service of digital ostentation. The swings of a pendulum determined by the depth of your holdings. Wallet relativity. Timepieces are constructed by contract, fully on-chain. The bezel is built from calling 15 other contracts. Assessing your balance. Your ether holdings. Clocks have stochastic time based on a block count. Weird clock. Flex clock. https://takenstheorem.medium.com/gaussian-timepieces-9dc08cc8b344

Finding these early Ethereum mixers so curious... expanding the WebGL rendering beyond 1,000,000 transactions to follow them... where do they converge?

Plotting the earliest Ethereum activity & replaying these mini solar systems form out of on-chain data. Here's a faucet (hub at top center). The mass at the bottom right was 2015 GENESIS.

Up to almost 700,000 of the first Ethereum txs out of GENESIS using performant and delicious WebGL. Goal: 1,000,000 txs.

This might be the first sybil attack on Ethereum. August '15, mix of addresses drawing from a faucet to avoid the timing constraint #WIP

// GENESIS // Loving how performant WebGL lets me quickly project the first 500,000 Ethereum transactions (lines~txs; locations~addresses). Can see hubs of activity popping up, exchange wallets, etc.

That moment you revisit an old project you got super sick of and think: "Actually this was kinda cool."

infrastructure from collectors collecting / lines are cryptoart transactions to major collectors in KnownOrigin's history / x-axis positions are collectors & artists (addresses) / arc network

Performant WebGL for rendering graphs, amazing. In moments, thousands upon thousands of nodes and edges, transactions from Ethereum GENESIS.
