When studying for a college exam, I developed an affirmation technique without fully understanding its effectiveness. This approach emerged naturally from my determination to pass the exam. In my mind, I would set random challenges like "I'll get into this college if I'm the first to cross this street," or "I'll get into this college if there are only three people out this exit." This helped me keep my goal in mind and strongly believe in achieving it. I realized later that I could take this even further. You can say, "If I get this task done within 1 hour, I will get blah blah," or "If I finish writing this essay today, I will get blah blah." This way, you get your tasks done while keeping the same benefits.
