Our new Leaderboard season is live with 0.5 ETH rewards for the month of November! We wanted to further incentivize playing our game, so we made it so you no longer get XP from swapping. You can still gain XP from burning however, so our resident Pyromaniacs still have an incentive to set things ablaze 🔥 You can also earn multi-rewards from playing Fappy TAD now so you can earn TAD and cbBTC just by playing! 🔥

For another community appreciation spotlight, we would like to thank our partners at Integer (@trou ) for creating a Dune Dashboard to track TAD burns and holders over time. It was very helpful for us for initially tracking burnt supply before we were able to add the tracker to our website and a bot for our Telegram. (P.S. 0.5% of our burnt supply isn't tracked by the dashboard because one of our team members accidentally sent 0.5% of the supply to a router by accident, essentially burning it putting the total at 2.5%)

Today is community spotlight day at TAD central! One of our Day 2 OGs LA Industries has been running a Tik Tok channel posting purely about TAD and it's incredible https://www.tiktok.com/@tadpole.on.base We have had a lot of talented artists make animations and graphics for TAD which you can find there, as well as some guides explaining the TAD ecosystem and games. Glimpse into the Future #4: NFTs Part of our efforts to make the community feel more at home in TAD involves launching an NFT collection for members to associate their TAD persona with. Bringing in NFTs also allows for further gamification in having those NFTs change the way you play our games, rewarding you better on your performance and more. For our NFT launch we are looking to provide leaderboard bonuses for minting as their first utility before building it out further. The other planned utility is some exclusive roles for our Discord that will give access to exclusive channels to hang out with likeminded Chadpoles 💎 Stay tuned for the mint details coming soon!!

Glimpse into the Future #3: Rewards Shop As part of the gamification of the TAD ecosystem, we will be implementing a Rewards Shop where the community will be able to activate some XP boosts, game skins, game boosts and abilities and even perhaps find some exclusive merch. The aim is to provide more incentives to take part in our ecosystem while also increasing the factors at play within it. Game boosts like temporary invincibility can help you progress further and earn more rewards. XP boosts might help you move up some spots in the leaderboard. Exclusive merch to make you stand out from the crowd and brag at TAD community events. The possibilities are endless with TAD and the Rewards Shop serves to push the boundaries of what is possible even further.

Glimpse into the Future #2: Online Merch To bring our community closer together and strongly identify with the TAD brand we want to create, we are working on adding a merchandise section to our website so that our supporters will be able to order themselves some TAD themed clothing and items. Glimpse into the Future #1: Arcade Playground We have previously mentioned our intention of turning Fappy TAD into a PWA and along with it, we are looking to add more TAD games to create an Arcade Playground for our community to compete and interact with each other on. We aim to onboard more of the overall base community as well through the fun games we will continue adding over time. To name a few, upcoming games will sound a little something like AeroTAD, TAD motors, and TADcopter. We hope you can look forward to trying out some of these games we have planned soon!

Daily TAD Spotlight #8: GM GM to all Base builders, today we conclude our Daily TAD Spotlight series and will start our Glimpse into the Future series to share our team’s plans for the future for the TAD ecosystem in the weeks to come. As a thank you to everyone following our Daily TAD Spotlight series, we would like to share a final way to earn XP! On our website, we have a daily GM claim for 100 XP which is roughly equivalent to a $30 TAD trade.

Daily TAD Spotlight #7: Fappy TAD The first installment of the TAD ecosystem’s GameFi division. We pride ourselves in our incredible and fun community so we wanted to provide more opportunities for them to engage with the project and each other. Fappy TAD is a Play to Earn (p2e) game, but also ties into our leaderboard and playing also earns you XP. You can play it on PC and on Mobile on our website and plan building it into a PWA to provide a more seamless experience and easily add in other planned games in the future. To play Fappy TAD on our website, all you need is 0.0004269 ETH per play, getting you 10 lives. We plan on adding Coinbase sessions functionality to the game, to better integrate multiple plays. The game adds extra components to the simple Flappy Bird it is based on, giving it an added layer of difficulty while keeping it just as addictive. We invite you all to have a go at our game and appreciate any and all feedback as we look to improve the experience for maximum enjoyment!

Daily TAD Spotlight #6: Incinerator TAD is a memecoin, but we have many strong proponents of deflationary assets and for them we have created the Incinerator. It may sound menacing, but we assure you it is just as threatening as the name suggests. Its sole purpose is to burn TAD in the most aggressive way possible. Burn ETH or TAD and if burning ETH, the Incinerator will swap a couple times between TAD and ETH, ending in TAD before burning it all. This generates volume and results in a net buy on TAD. The burning also ties into the leaderboard by giving out XP at a much higher rate than simply trading and incentivizing the burning of ETH rather than TAD through the following formulas: XP Earned = Burned ETH x log(Burned ETH + 1) x 10 XP Earned = Burned TAD x log(Burned TAD + 1) x 8 Thus burning ETH gives out 10 times the XP swapping the same amount does, while burning TAD gives out 8 times as much XP. So far over 1.35% of the total TAD supply has been burned and that share can only increase with time.

Daily TAD Spotlight #5: Memewars In the spirit of friendly competition, we came up with Memewars. By swapping into TAD from select memecoins, you can earn double the XP you would swapping into TAD from any other token. This incentivizes trading between TAD and the other memecoin rather than between TAD and ETH bringing more volume to both pairs to benefit from. This is one of the many ways we can involve different projects into participating in the TAD ecosystem and we plan on building out more of those soon!

Daily TAD Spotlight #4: Duster An inevitable part of the onchain experience is getting airdropped some tokens worth at most a couple cents. They’ll typically just sit in your wallet and taunt you every time you check your tokens on Basescan or Debank. Like for many other onchain woes, TAD has a solution for that. Our Duster. With it, you can select negligible value tokens and Swap them into TAD on our website. This is an incentivized activity as using the Duster to swap into TAD rewards you with XP as well!
