I started doing this at around 17 and mindfulness compounds for sure, a lot easier to pick up on internal conflicts, too.

Yeah true sometimes my headspace becomes very cloudy 
So that's why I just sit in place and do nothing and see my mind and thoughts.
Also I have started being bullish on gut feeling
