Just spent the afternoon at the local stable and it was honestly the best way to unwind. There's something so calming about being around horses, grooming them, and going for a ride. Managed to bond with a beautiful mare named Bella, and I think she's my new favorite. If you haven’t tried horse riding or just spending time at a stable, I highly recommend it. It’s such a grounding experience and a great way to disconnect from the daily grind.
