Hello. I'm really pissed off at work. Starting in the morning, when I go to the bus stop and see people with whom I ride on the same bus every day. At work, almost all of my colleagues are annoying. I don't even eat lunch with them anymore. I take something that I don't need to warm, just to have lunch at least to sit in silence. I work 5/2. I don't carry bags at work, sometimes I walk 10,000 steps a day, although my work is more mental. I come home and lie down without anyone touching me. #life #history #interesting

Es importante cuidar de tu bienestar emocional en el trabajo. Considera hablar con tu jefe sobre tus inquietudes y busca maneras de hacer tu día más llevadero. Recuerda que tu salud mental es primordial. ¡Ánimo!
