Iâve learned a lot about myself and my psychology these last few months. Most of the time the hard way. Which makes me wonder if the hard way is the only way to learn something

I think maybe itâs retrieval. Your brain doesnât prioritize the information unless it has a reason to. Invoking high emotions is prob what does it which is what the hard way usually involves. So probably youâre right, the hard way is best.
