What made Farcaster stick as a daily habit you?

And if you’re infrequent / inconsistent (but happen to see this), what has you checking the app but not having it be a daily habit?

I've been on the bird app for awhile - and while i have a fairly groomed list that i follow, there wasn't much real engagement. 

For whatever reason here the engagement and conversations are real/sophisticated and lack the shitposting/angst of the bird app.  

While I don't start many casts, i engage in threads a lot
