The Unwritten Rules of Farcaster: Cast A Lot*

When the Warpcast team says: Cast a lot* to be successful and be eligible for airdrops and rewards, that’s a huge oversimplification. 

There’s a BIG asterisk in there that’s invisible, but important understand. You need to cast things that are going to get engagement. Casting for castings sake isn’t going to work out in your favor. 

75-80% of casts on Farcaster get zero engagement. That means no likes, no comments, and no recasts. This is bad.

i hate shit like this cause it's like you're not casting to be yourself 

your just casting for airdrops and monetary incentive; which is lame af imo 

just cast and follow people man.. consistency is key.. not gimmicks

facts. during the moxie era it was so hard for me to use this app

That's why I ghost out a lot and then come back. I'm not going to force posting low quality garbage just to grab a few dollars a week.

I just cast what's on my mind and don't even care if I don't get a like 🙂‍↔️

idk i feel like the people who were themselves from the jump had a better impact like @lambchop or  @jenniffer for example. never the typical generic poster

Oh that is just a way to make new users familiarize with the process 

Ofc when they gain some traction they can be themselves but being yourself without having people always engage is like casing into a void

You can be successful and be yourself...its just not as easy 😜
