oh i’m a m16 by now

the importance of not letting knees inwards while squatting

how to work equilibrium and how it’ll affect you in later ages (i’ve had to step on a ball with one foot and do some squats, my equilibrium is terrible although my space awareness is awesome. muscle weakness!!!!!!)

also the importance of using right shoes for right activities, ppl keep running with flat shoes and exercising with curve shoes
