Saying rituals don’t matter, is like saying the taste of food doesn’t matter because it all ends up in your stomach anyway - you are not wrong, but well, you’re missing the message Let me more specific by what I mean when I say ritual:

When I say rituals, I am referring to the meaningful and intentional practices that we engage in to mark important moments, connect with our spirituality, or create a sense of structure and meaning in our lives. These rituals might include ceremonies, traditions, or routines that hold personal or cultural significance. Just as the taste of food can enhance our enjoyment and experience of a meal, rituals can enrich and deepen our experiences and connections in life. So while it's true that the ultimate goal may be achieved regardless of the specific rituals we observe, the rituals themselves hold value in the messages they convey and the meaning they bring to our lives.
