what do y'all think about this layout for a small off-grid community hub. Could be configured in multiple ways. 1. Four individual units 2. Three individual units + One Common unit Plus the communal space in the middle for a fire-ring or whatnot.

Am I selfish that what I see is: kitchen, living room, bedroom, office 😂 I love off grid but I'd rather have the space to myself and drop more of these on the other side of those trees for other ppl! 😉
