I appreciate Simple food. Food with very little done to it tends to suit me far more than something fancy. Bare feet. Inside or out, going barefoot feels great (until you step on something sharp). Cold water. Great on a hot day, bonus points if carbonated.

I appreciate 1. House plants, they are easy to care for and make my space a more pleasant place to be. 2. In depth articles, so much journalism now is just a few paragraphs long. It's refreshing to read something that goes into a lot of detail. 3. My wife, and not just because she made some delicious scones today.
