FC is mostly lame. Who are some of the most followed CT personalities that aren't just CZ and big founders? People like Cobie or Ansem. Who are the most followed/"promoted" people on FC? You decide. Look at the difference in the content and posting of those people. FC would do well to push people more like Cobie and Ansem and not "thoughtfluencers" who're only really crypto people by accident.

that’s a pretty surface level take. the most followed / promoted people on FC are the ones who were earliest. the majority of them are startup founders or builders, with full-time jobs or teams or families. CT meta and memecoins require a ton of attention. to be good at it. you have to be locked in to it. but most of the large, early accounts on FC are busy building their own companies or families; they don’t have time to get in the weeds on the CT meta. the best CT accounts are self-employed where the meta is a deep part of their job. it’s insanely impressive. i wish i could do it. both are locked in, but on different things.

I’m sorry — you think Ansem produces good content? His whole feed is quote cast dunks. Cobie ok but most CT influencers really don’t produce any good content.

The beauty of FC os that the big CT blah blah écho chamber is not here. Fortunately, we have both degen weirdness and a touch of art mixed with normalcy and conversations between people who speak with eachother and not just at eachother.

This cast is entirely lame. We don’t want or need those people here. We’re doing our own thing, our own way. Contribute or don’t, but devs are shipping faster here, tribes are formed here, and we value gathering in person all around the world. Maybe it’s not for you, but something tells me that it just might be if you change your perspective.

i like that fc feels less like the wild west than ct. takes here are more thoughtful, and i don’t feel like my brain is rotting out of my skull as i often do on ct. that said, it can be a bit boring, a little seasoning wouldn’t hurt.
