Parrotia persica grows swiftly when young, maturing in gardens to 30 m  tall and 8–15 m  broad, multi-stemmed and naturally somewhat congested but prunable to a single trunk up to 150 cm  in diameter. The bark is smooth, pinkish-brown flaking/peeling to leave a mosaic of cinnamon, pink, green, and pale yellow patches in a similar manner to plane trees. The leaves are alternate, ovoid, often slightly lop-sided, 6–15 cm long and 4–10 cm across, with wavy margins; they are glossy green, turning in autumn to a rich purple to orange and brilliant red, often on the same tree.
I love photographing this species, especially in late autumn. 😍

I have a wild desire to “get bogged down in everyday life”. I am the girl who wants to create coziness at home, cook borscht, give birth and bring up children. And all my surroundings, including my husband, think that this is not normal, that I will ruin myself, that it is necessary to make a career at my job. Even my husband may say - and if something happens to me, how will you provide for yourself. Since when did a woman's true purpose in life become abnormal! Why should a woman have to work at work and at home. Why I can't fulfill my natural function as a homemaker.

@allanrae Over the weekend my husband came home drunk and started saying that the house was a mess, there was no good food and that I looked bad. While I was trying to figure out what happened, my husband went on to say that he went to his cousin's house and everything was going and dancing, beautiful, clean, his wife was smart and beautiful.
I understood everything and said that that wife does not work, her husband gives her money and she is engaged only in the house and herself. And I work and I will clean when it is convenient for me and I look as I like. I also take care of myself, but I do not have the time and money for example for daily massage and salon care for my hair. I have minimal treatments. And reminded him that his brother looks good too, and my husband has a potbelly and two hairs on his head.
