One corollary is this is also a big setback for the user owned infrastructure thesis - the idea that users of internet platforms would get ownership in those platforms proportional to their usage. Any token-rewarded “human usage mode” can clearly be simulated by industrial farmers meaning you end up with an ersatz

Seems to me (and many others) the airdrop meta is officially over - any anti Sybil criterion can be defeated by industrial farmers and airdrops become a veiled form of PoW defeating the intended purpose
