We add salted butter, sugar, jam, chocolate, salted caramel, it's a moment of sharing with friends or family. **Quantity for 12 crĂȘpes:** * 250 g of wheat flour * 50 g of salted butter * 60 cl of milk * 4 large eggs * 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar * A pinch of fleur de sel First, mix the flour, salt, and sugar, then add the eggs to form a large ball.
