Real question:
How do any of you actually finish songs? It's something I always struggle with. I often find myself just writing a section and then listening back to it over and over for the enjoyment of it with no idea or drive to add to it. Just me?

Some solid advice I got was this: do not export your music while you’re working on it. Only listen to the song you’re making while you’re actually making it.

I used to export unfinished music and binge listen until I grew tired of it 😂 but now only listening to the song in the actual project file has helped!
