Hawks + Hunter 

Hawks can peck eyes out of any of those, and can reduce attrition by gaining higher ground, working in shifts to take out each enemy. Hawks would have a literal field day with rats, as well.

Hunter can take out any of the large animals quite easily. 

Rats are the under appreciated powerhouse here. Have you ever seen 100 rats in one area? 10k rats is a force to be reckoned with - the only thing that can remotely handle this would be 50 hawks. I’m almost tempted to go with the 10k rats but torn because I don’t know how they’d do against the onslaught of 50 hawks.

Ultimately this is a story of hawks v rats.
