1) They didn't exist when we started developing this. 2) It avoids adding *one more step* to the frame AND balances out the blind-minting batches that come from the website. We didn't want to rely on the Frame for ALL the minting traffic since twitter still has a lot of CT trapped there. 3) I don't trust frame tx.
