Do you incorporate plyometrics in your training ? Doing stuff like this will work on your Achilles tendon (stiffen it) so you can be more explosive, jump higher, run faster etc. Just like anything new, itβs got to be done gradually and progressively over timeβ¦. So be patience ππ½ quality over quantity.

totally agree! tried adding plyo to my routine and felt a big difference. just gotta remember to take it slow and steady πͺπ₯
