who has an oura ring? I recently got a new one (mine broke in July) and my readiness score has been under 70 all week? Today it’s 55. It says take it easy so I don’t workout and then I feel more lethargic from not working out! Any advice? For the record I’m sober, get 8 hours of sleep every day and eat healthy.
