my one day off this week. what am I doing?

casting: obviously. 

touching base with my calendar: updating, color coding, and setting alarms. (crucial for my adhd)

getting my email box under control: unsubscribing, deleting, assigning folders, responding to things that slipped out of my grasp last week.

cramming in as much stuff as inhumanely possible to the remaining hours of the day: five loads of laundry (including the bed stuff), shower, journaling, oil change, groceries, appointments, phone calls. etc. 

dopamine reward? fortnite, some good green, and casting. 😜  

(still need to find some time to make some art. it's been too long)
