Highlights from the Mini Shelter Movement in Harbin, China With the help of 40 incredible volunteers, we distributed 130 mini shelters and 1,300 kg of cat food to support local strays. Stray animals often face overwhelming challenges during the colder months, but with your support, we’ve given them a fighting chance to survive and thrive. We’re incredibly grateful to every single person who contributed, whether through their time, effort, or resources. Your kindness are what make projects like this possible. 50 amazing volunteers joined us to distribute 200 mini shelters along with 2000 kg cat food. Today was extra special as we hosted an adoption event with our powerful partner- Beijing Adoption Day and received tons of applications from loving families. Hoping all the strays find their forever homes soon! ⌐◨-◨

Just back from a return visit. The kitties are from a local rescue center. The staff here are helping us take care of some Quack & Lola versions of mini shelters. It’s always so enjoyable to have a kitty in my arms. 😻😻

As our prop planned, we are expanding Nouns Shelter to multiple regions. We are going to have our TNR campaigns in Vietnam and Thailand soon. But last month, Southeast Asia experienced a serious flood which caused a significant infection among stray animals. One local shelter in Vietnam we are partnering with is sheltering 50 of the infected animals. So we decided to decrease the number of neutered/spayed animals from 200 to 150 and build a Nouns container house for them to help with the lack of surgery and recovering space for the new sheltered animals. They received the container recently and it helped them solve the urgent problem. In the upcoming TNR campaign, we will invite some local graffiti artists to paint the Nouns Container House! If any of the nouns artists are willing to join us to help, please DM me.
