- wag, 40, nouncil and the ~40 other addresses are all independent voters
- nounders control <10% of total supply

try finding another dao where between vcs and founders, they hold <30%. or better yet: try finding a dao managing real $ where the founder vote has ever lost. they don’t exist.

i sympathize w the against vote. but calling nouns voting theatrics is dishonest.

It’s all theater. If you take a closer look at VWRs, they reveal more truth than any of the numbers ever will. It’s theater because things are done without any real accountability, no matter how or by whom.

I don’t have much faith in the foundation to steward. 

I don’t think duna is bad. I just don’t think we have proper DAO leadership. 

There were very few paths that didn’t lead to this juncture. And yet. Here we are and SURPRISE! 

The 50MM was handed out well before now. And the fork problem existed in real time.

agreed. i think 41 means well but needs people with leadership skills around him

if 40 is too busy with his day job he should pass the baton, not that i think he’s been an exemplary leader up to this point

personally appreciative of this moment causing some broad rebellion and open critique of the leadership, but the defensiveness shown by 40 & Seneca isn’t exactly promising that lessons will be taken to heart and actions shifted moving forward
