1) cast a 21d commitment in /commitment 2) stake eth 3) delegate a 'personal oracle' (eg @phil) 4) if you dont cast regular video proofs, oracle "burns" eth (keeps 30%, allocates 70% to prize pool) 5) if you complete commitment you get eth back + pro rata % of prize pool value transfer from non-committed to committed
