Smart notification system for contributors to program their availability for team management to help ppl connect async and find who is available and when. Meeting planning/tracking could be linked to this. Kind of meetwithwallet.xyz on steroids having a baby with Push protocol.

Oof, man really depends on the DAO, right? I really liked the direction https://incented.co/ was going with the prioritization component. I love the idea of permissionless and collaborative proposal drafting. I also like skin in the game for decision makers. They should stand to gain (profit or reputation) and also lose based on the outcomes they vote for. Optionality for compensation I think is key. Sometimes it's easy to know what something will cost to build and sometimes there needs to be open exploration. Pay up front, milestone tranches, retro comp, etc. Also needs to be really simple role management and task tracking. Getting ppl in the right buckets so you can delegate authority properly and dynamically is crucial. Dashboard for progress tracking. Both with public views and gated views. Make reporting as automated as possible so ppl are motivated to track their work properly. Issue reputation/compensation for quality reporting and impact tracking.
