What would your ideal DAO-focused / web3-native project management system look like?

Some thought-starters:
- embedded compensation (incl RFPs, bounties, etc)
- programmable access ctrl
- crowdsourced prioritization?
- decentralized deployment approval?

what do you love about dework?

(pretty sure the dework team no longer exists, sadly)

Well, if there is an issue tracker to love, it is a Linear. What would be missing from the web3 perspective is a long list though. Highlights from the top of my head:
- open bounties
- payment integration 
- bounties by organizations view
- linking to the relevant community channel (still mostly discord)
- track record of bounty applicant (+ at least basic proof of personhood)

And last, what was sorely missing in dework as well: teamwork coordination, team member replacement, automated reward split. Something like a microdao management 🙂 I was thinking about building this, but the feedback at the time (D_D and similar) was that this is not the most important problem to solve.
