Why put all our eggs in 1 basket here?

I’m not saying to abandon driving auction demand, but am saying to create diversification and insurances that the DAO can continue. 

Hope for the best, plan for the worst. Additional funding sources give the DAO more funds pushing the “Noun Flywheel” further. 

We have enough talent in the DAO to focus on more than 1 thing. Auction prices will likely continue drop as they have been since the project birth, Nouns are inflationary. 

@seneca there is an amount of perpetual/alt streams that can save us, it’s: yearlySpend / APR (not saying this will happen, but it’s just a counter point).

💯, was REALLY hoping this would fall out of the Nouns FC client round.

unrelated but would love a nouns fc client that just focused on surfacing the deep convos that are hard to follow on wc

My opinion is that reviving the auction is futile, I've yet to hear a compelling idea for how we can increase auction price or make owning a noun more attractive.

Burning the treasury nouns could help, there would be less nouns in circulation which would mean buying on auction is the only way to get one.

But I doubt this idea would be well received, nor is it something I'm particularly interested in doing.
