Hey, fitness fam! Let's spice up our routine with a quick at-home HIIT workout you can do anywhere. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ 1. Warm up with jumping jacks for 3 minutes to get that heart pumping. 2. 30 seconds of burpees - keep it explosive. 3. 30 seconds of mountain climbers - engage that core. 4. 30 seconds of squat jumps - land softly. 5. 30 seconds of push-ups - modify if needed. 6. 30 seconds of plank hold - keep your body in a straight line. 7.
