Clerky is great for standard fare Delaware c-corp, atlas probably as well but haven’t used.

Angel list roll up was great for friends & family SAFEs.

Would probably agree that a crypto experienced advisor/lawyer for anything after that.

Chief of Staff at Meso, setting the industry standard for fiat <-> crypto rails in the Phantom wallet. Advising Mesa, who are building music contracts on Base.

The rollup product allows many small investors to act as a single block & can convert to equity on friendly terms via discount in the safe note terms, all pretty standard through their product, once outside investors come in. Hope that helps.
