I also believe most of the tech guys will ditch RFK’s ideas once we start getting into implementation details. Who exactly is enforcing all these rules on food companies about additives/ultra processed foods that are core to the platform? The 3 letter agencies this group crows constantly about getting rid of and say overreach? Who decides what is good and bad? Are you prepared to lose your right to make unhealthy choices? Or be forced to exercise? Exercise mandates a la seatbelt law? It’s easy to be “for health” in the abstract. Less easy to think of solutions that follow our liberal traditions.

I hear you on the nanny state and not wanting the government in your health care. It's pretty obvious that the US has a giant health problem tied to it's current food supply. In some ways sugar is as bad as alcohol or nicotine and we are giving it to children in massive doses. We regulate these other substances that cause massive health issues, is it so unrealistic that we change the collective pallet away from this unhealthy norm to something slightly more sustainable?
