Trump: If we make a deal, there will be no need to bomb Iran
In an interview with the New York Post, Trump said about Iran: "I would prefer a non-nuclear deal with Iran. I would prefer that option rather than bombing them like crazy... They don't want to die. Nobody wants to die."
He added: “If we do this deal, Israel will not bomb them.” But he did not reveal details of any possible negotiations with Iran, saying: “In a sense, I don’t like to tell you what I’m going to tell them. You know, that’s not the right thing to do.”
“I can tell them what I need to tell them, and I hope they decide to drop what they’re thinking about doing now, and I think they’ll be really happy,” Trump continued.
He also stated, “I will tell them I will make a deal.” But when asked what he would offer Iran in return, he replied, “I can’t say that, because it would be unwise (to tell you) I will not bomb them.” 0 reply
