Contacted customer support for my internet provider because I've been seeing sub 5mb/s speeds for the last two days on a wired fiber (1gb) connection. They said everything looks normal according to their speed test. their speed test (left) vs fast.com (right) Am I getting finessed?

Hear me out… 13 months that are each 28 days with 1 day of “partying” at the end of the year (2 on leap year) Every month would be exactly 4 weeks, so every year and every month would start on Monday and end on Sunday.
