Random thought: if all BTC lost on the early days are pseudo-mapped to be openly auctioned(I.e. considered burnt since unspendable), would you think it’s beneficial or damaging to crypto ecosys?

Recently fascinated by the design of bitcoin/LN and went deep into the code repo of LN & Taro. I feel like it’s potentially far more powerful than evm but seriously underdeveloped and the DX sucks so much. What ya all think of the upside/downside of issuing FT/NFT on bitcoin & LN or bring more DeFi primitives to BTC?
