sorry to hear! I strained every muscle in cuff (except teres minor) and rhomboid. rehab was weekly w/ physio for ims and daily bw mobility/strength. when cleared no tear/nerve damage, strengthened teres minor/major and lats to support shoulder (ie internal/external rotate, abduction). lastly chest press on yoga ball
