We are starting to see some of the effects of the internet. It’s the early days! But it feels like people can live anywhere and so there is less pull towards some major cities, there is a change in power of media, and there seems to be more scrutiny towards politicians, etc…

giuliano, if it were for me i would be in the middle of a forrest in a home with windows all over it... would have to have acess to the city. access = 1 hour from the city and a helicopter pad on property.
