Struggling with body love and self-image is one of the main issues of today's world and I, like many others, stuck in the loop of body-shame for a long time after that I gain weight. I know our body is part of who we are and allow us to do so many things and take us so many places. But at the same time, we live in a society constantly pushing for change – get longer, leaner legs! Slimmer, toned arms! Flatter stomach! … These messages are everywhere, and can make it quite difficult to love what you already have. After years of trying, finally I overcame this issue and photography was a huge help for me. I started shooting different part of my body again and again until I started to fall in love with it. So be persistent for as long as it takes to overcome your fears and shames.
