I’m finishing a three-day water-only fast and I appreciate: - my body and how it manages a bunch of complicated processes in the background. I’m amazed by what I’ve learned about fasting and excited to keep exploring. - connection to food and its ability to provide needed nutrients and rebuild bodies. Fasting, like gardening, has deepened my relationship with what I eat. - a family who inspires all types of challenges to promote well-being. Five of us went without food for three days. We encouraged each other and found humor when it got hard.

What are the significant physical changes since fasting you've noticed?

I experienced what others described as clearer thinking. It's seems like a fog lifts from the brain. I noticed clearer skin that may be due to drinking a boatload of water. 😁 We plan on doing this monthly, so I'll keep a few notes to catch significant things.
